Emergency contact details - to notify friends/family upon the event of an emergency.

Medical history and status - to provide the best quality and most appropriate treatments and care without hindering condition or risking side effects.

Care and treatment data - to track progress, client responses to certain stimuli, movements and treatment types as part of an on going programme/support system.

Clinic visit data - to ensure visits are timed well and are in accordance with promoting improvement as well as maintenance of the specific injury or issue.
